	Dr Jan Pamuła – Chairman of the Board Jan Pamuła is a Doctor of Economics. His professional experience includes the position of Vice President of Bank BPH and President of the Chamber of Crafts in Kraków.
	Jan Gołąbek – Member of the Management Board Jan Gołąbek is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. His previous career path has been connected with issues related to managing commercial law companies, including investment processes. He launched his career at the VISTULA Clothing Factory as Head of Organisation, Management and Internal Audit, and then became Head of Organisation and Legal Office at Zakłady Przemysłu Tytoniowego S.A. He has also worked as a Public Procurement Inspector, Judge-Commissioner at Przedsiębiorstwo Państwowej Komunikacji Samochodowej in Zakopane ,and as an Adjudicating Member of the Local-Government Court of Appeal. More recently, Jan Gołąbek acted as President of the Management Board at Zakłady Sanitarne in Krakow. Since September 2011, he has been a Member of the Management Board for Investment Issues at Kraków Airport (Międzynarodowy Port Lotniczy im. Jana Pawła II Kraków-Balice Sp. z o.o.).
