Taxis
Near the entrances to the terminals are taxi ranks, enabling comfortable arrival and departure from the terminals. Airlines have at their disposal cars to transport the disabled, including persons in wheelchairs as well as the wheelchairs themselves.
Railway
According to regulations, fast rail transit to the airport from the Main Railway Station in Krakow is adapted to serve the disabled. Disabled persons may use a separate cashier at the Main Station, situated in the ticket hall and marked with the Roman numeral ‘X’. Rail staff will render aid to the disabled passenger when entering and leaving the train as well as when changing for a bus.
City Buses
The City bus stop is situated near the entrance to the International terminal. Buses are adapted to transport disabled persons.
Shuttle Buses
A low-floor shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes between the railway station and the International and Domestic terminals. The vehicle is additionally equipped with a ramp for wheelchair users, and the driver will help when entering and leaving the bus.
