New, higher standard of airport information services fot. Tomasz Żakowski
New, higher standard of airport information services
Add date: Wednesday, 11 January 2012

Since the 1st of January, the airport information service will be wholly operated by the company managing the rest of Kraków Airport – Międzynarodowy Port Lotniczy im. Jana Pawła II Kraków - Balice Sp. z o.o.

We believe that this will help to improve the standard of passenger information services within the scope of information provided by our call centre and info points located in the International Terminal.

Airport information lines are 801 055 000 or 12 295 58 00. Since the 5th of January, you can also call the these numbers and automatically contact Arrivals and Departures Information, Lost Luggage Office, Items-Found-at-the-Airport Office, Disabled Persons Office, and directly contact the consulate. The system now will let you quickly find any necessary information you need.

We encourage you to read the article by Katarzyna Ponikowska entitled, Czy mogę lecieć z kotem na wierzchu, which appeared on the 11th of January 2012 in Dziennik Polski.

The article has been made available to our passengers courtesy of Dziennik Polski.
