Documents Required at Border Crossings
For crossing internal borders, passengers are requested to carry appropriate valid documents. According to law, Polish citizens may cross the borders of any EU member states by presenting eithera passport or an identity card.

Arrivals from the Schengen Zone – Passengers do not go through document control and are directed straight to luggage reclaim.
Arrivals from outside the Schengen Zone - Passengers must go through document control.

Customs clearance
Passengers can choose the green “NOTHING TO DECLARE” passage if they are not carrying goods that exceed the passenger tariff allowance.
Any goods exceeding tariff allowances must be declared prior to leaving the customs room at the “GOODS TO DECLARE” desk, in the red passage.
The Lost Luggage Office
If, upon arrival, you find that your luggage has been lost, please report immediately to the Lost Luggage office located in the public part of the terminal, to the left of the exit from the Arrivals area.
