VIP Service

We invite you to use our VIP service, which includes comprehensive coordination of ticket, luggage, passport and safety check-in, as well as customs clearance and coordination of transport between the VIP lounge and the plane. We put a lounge adjusted to organisation of business meetings and equipped with 16 seats, as well as Wi-Fi, a multimedia projector and office equipment, at our guests’ disposal. The VIP lounge provides our guests with comfort and discretion, is situated in a comfortably located place and has a separate safety control system. As part of the VIP service our guests can use a car park situated in the direct vicinity of the VIP lounge, as well as separated spaces located in the new multi-storey car park. We also provide the cooperation and assistance of our professional staff, trained in diplomatic protocol. There is also the possibility of ordering catering services.

The VIP service is available to passengers of both scheduled and private as well as domestic and international flights.

The VIP service offered by Krakow airport has been awarded with the European Medal for Services by the Office of the Committee for European Integration, Business Centre Club and one of the most important institutions for EU entrepreneurs – the European Economic and Social Committee:

• in 2009 – for the VIP and CIP services
• in 2010 – for the VIP service.
