	All passengers travelling to France, Spain, Germany, Norway, Sweden and Italy and departing from Krakow Airport on Saturdays between 9.00 a.m. and 12.30 p.m. are asked to arrive at the airport 2 hours in advance of their scheduled flight, due to extended security procedures. This also applies to passengers flying with carry-on luggage only and holding a valid boarding card printed in advance.

The Meet & Assist service can enhance the effectiveness of passenger check-ins in the International terminal. It is more comfortable and saves time, which is especially important on business trips. Passengers who have ordered Meet & Assists will be welcomed at the airport by specially trained staff, who will help with check-in, passport control and safety control.

The Meet & Assist service is provided:

After it has been ordered (minimum 24 hours in advance)
During Business Lounge opening hours
At a cost of 250 PLN per person.
