This means the airport was visited by 15% (67 000) more people than in February 2018. The number of passengers travelling to and from Kraków Airport reached a whopping 1,028,901 within the first two months of 2019 (+15%).
First flight to Tel Aviv
As of 26th February, passengers can choose the #flyKRK connection with LOT Polish Airlines straight to the modern, bustling city of Tel Aviv, which boasts mouth-watering local cuisine and beautiful beaches. Flights to the second largest city in Israel will leave twice a week.
New #flyKRK destination
Kraków Airport's home carrier Ryanair has announced a new destination for the winter season: Palermo. Flights to the capital of Sicily will be available from October and will leave twice a week.
New shop – Toys Store
A new toy store has been opened in the restricted zone of Kraków Airport. The new space is dedicated to the youngest passengers. While waiting for their flight, kids now have access to new sources of entertainment, including an educational interactive screen or a game plane.
