Christmas presentation in Business Lounge

             

On Tuesday, December 20th, for the seventh time in the Business Lounge a presentation culinary conducted by the Hilton Garden Inn Krakow Airport Hotel was held. This time the chef focusen on the motive of the Polish traditional christmas flavors. Passenger have to try christmas carp, turkey with dried fruits, beetroot and mushroom christmas soup. On the table were also dumplings with cabbage and mushrooms.

Presentation of Saint Martin’s tradition cuisine

     

On Wednesday, November 16th, for the sixth time, a culinary presentation was held. As previously, it was conducted by the Hilton Garden Inn Krakow Airport Hotel for the Business Lounge passengers.This time the chef focused on the motive of the Saint Martin’s tradition that derives from the pagan customs.

Polish traditional flavors were introduced, such as ham on the bone, herring with pickles as well as apple and plum preserves. Moreover, the passengers tasted mushroom lard and pancakes with sausage and smoked plum.

Polish Golden Autumn in molecular cuisine edition

     

On October, 11th for the fifth time, a culinary presentation was held. As previously it was conducted by the Hilton Garden Inn Krakow Airport Hotel for the Business Lounge passengers. This time, the main theme of the event was the Polish autumn enriched with elements of molecular cuisine.

 

The aim of this kind of cuisine was to achieve the perfect taste and appearance by using natural ingredients in unconventional performance. Following the presentation, the guests were offered: pear compote, parsley lemonade, mushroom dumplings, apple pie served on crisps with granny smith apples and caramel with pear and thyme.

Hilton Garden Inn Hotel in Kraków Airport Business Lounge - presentation of local products

     

On Tuesday, September 13th the presentation of local products by Hilton Garden Inn Hotel took place in Kraków Airport Business Lounge. This time all Business Lounge passengers were offered a choice of different local products - cheese and ciders.

 

The aim of the show was to promote local products as well as to cultivate folk traditions and culinary.

Opening of the second Business Lounge

       

Together with the grand opening of the new departure's hall on July 7th 2016 we put into service our second Business Lounge. Two lounges (one in the Schengen and the other one in the Non Schengen area) will improve your comfort when awaiting boarding and provide immediate vicinity of your gate.


The Business Lounge Schengen is located in the Passenger Terminal, on level +1, after security control, between gates 9 and 10. The Business Lounge Non Schengen is located the Passenger Terminal, on level +1, after passport control on the right.

New Cocktail Menu of Hilton Garden Inn Hotel took place in Kraków Airport Business Lounge

     

On Wednesday June 29th the presentation of new Cocktail Menu of Hilton Garden Inn Hotel took place, in Kraków Airport Business Lounge. Passengers were offered choice of cocktails blended with prosecco, campari, cuban rum, gin, etc. with some extra flavours from fresh fruit and herbs. Cocktails were also served in alcohol free versions. All drinks were blended in the Business Lounge by Maghliya Baaeu - Bar Manager from The Hilton Garden Inn Hotel.

 

 


It was the third presentation organized by Kraków Airport in cooperation with Hilton Garden Inn Hotel, all the events take place in Kraków Airport Business Lounge.

Another culinary presentation at the Business Lounge - this time FIT Kitchen on May, 9th. Welcome!

 

On Monday May 09th a feast for body and soul has taken place in Kraków Airport Business Lounge. During the fit food sampling passengers had the possibility to taste the diet cuisine as well as obtain professional advice on healthy lifestyle. All cocktails, snacks, muffins based on vegetables and fruit were made specially on this occasion by Miłosz Kowalski - Executive Chef Hilton Garden Inn Kraków Airport. Joanna Gruszecka, personal trainer was consulting on diet food and health lifestyle.
