Spring culinary innovations in the Business Lounge

On Tuesday, March the 28th, for the eighth time in the Business Lounge a culinary presentation was conducted by the Hilton Garden Inn Krakow Airport Hotel. The main motive of the presentation was The Blossoming Spring which inspired our Hilton Team to create innovatory recipes. This was a new flow with the new incoming connections to our Airport.

Our passengers had the opportunity to taste new dishes such as: celery panna cotta covered in caramel, pumpkin bread, butter with ash from the leek, beetroot chips with parsley foam and dried dill, brioche with plum jam, buckwheat pancakes, goat's cheese halva, roasted garlic dip.
