In the interests of passenger safety, all Kraków Airport services are cooperating with Chief Sanitary Inspector, Małopolska State Sanitary and Epidemiological Inspectorate, state services, air carriers, handling agents and other airports on an ongoing basis. Airport services are monitoring the situation and following the announcements and recommendations of European and global health protection organisations.
MEASURES IMPLEMENTED ON KRAKÓW AIRPORT
Emergency medical services are constantly available on Kraków Airport, offering help in case of any health problems. In addition, Kraków Airport has taken preventive measures involving, among other things, body temperature measurement for passengers arriving from destinations where COVID-19 cases have been identified, and mandatory completion of passenger locator cards by those passengers.
Please remember to wash your hands frequently as described in instructions issued by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Poland, especially when staying in public places. If this is not possible, e.g. when travelling, it is a good idea to stock up on alcohol-based disinfectants e.g. from the pharmacy at the airport. Gel disinfectants are available from dispensers located in the toilets of the terminal arrivals area.
