Since 25 January, passengers of Kraków Airport are free to use a self-service A4 printing station, which is located by the information point in the terminal.
This is yet another amenity for the airport’s passengers, introduced in response to their own suggestions. To print out your document, you will have to send an attachment (the recommended file format is PDF) to email@example.com, confirm and pay for the service (using Blik, card, payU). You can also print a document through a free application downloaded to your mobile device (Android and iOS) or from zeccer.pl. The cost of printing one page in the A4 format is PLN 1 (gross).
Kraków Airport is the first airport in Poland to implement this service. Its partner and the provider of the printing machine and the ZECCER software is ARCUS. The new service falls into the category of consumer issues in the Kraków Airport social responsibility strategy, whose aim is to undertake diverse initiatives focused on improving the airport’s operation.
