On May 3rd, 2017, Ryanair will add the Valencia destination to its network of flights from Kraków Airport. The company will fly there twice a week (Wednesdays and Sundays).
It is already the 8th route of the Irish airline from Kraków Airport to Spain.
Valencia Airport is one of the biggest airports in Spain. It is situated 8 km to the west of the city centre and can be reached by car, metro, bus or taxi. It is a large and modern airport which handled over 5 million passengers last year.
Valencia is the third largest city in Spain, after Madrid and Barcelona. It is a city of culture, cuisine, historical monuments and sport. The highlights of the city include the Cathedral in Valencia with the Saint Graal (a goblet used by Jesus during the Last Supper), which is the most stirring object in the church, the bullfight arena and a zoo called Bioparc Valencia, where there are no cages and animals can be observed in their natural environment. You also have to visit the biggest Marine Aquarium in Europe or the amazing Museum of Science. In August Valencia is worth visiting due to La Tomatina, a tomato fight in the nearby village of Bunol.
