Ownership structure
The company Międzynarodowy Port Lotniczy im. Jana Pawła II Kraków - Balice Sp. z o.o. with the registered office in Balice was foundedin 1996 under articles of association between State Enterprise "Porty Lotnicze" with the registered office in Warsaw, (nowadays Polskie Porty Lotnicze Spółka Akcyjna) the Małopolska Province, the Municipality of Kraków and the Municipality of Zabierzów.
The ownership structure of the Company has remained unchanged since its founding and is as shown in the following table:
