Can a minor fly to Italy with an uncle (supervisor) who has a different surname? Is parental authorisation or consent required?
Children can travel with an adult supervisor within the European Union without any restrictions. No parental authorisation or consent allowing them to fly with a supervisor who has a different surname is required. Naturally, parents can provide a handwritten authorisation in Polish and, for instance, in English, however it is not required by the airport services. Can car parts be carried in hand luggage?
We recommend placing car parts in your checked luggage. Due to security reasons they may not be allowed aboard in the hand luggage. Can sandwiches, beverages and cake be carried in hand luggage?
Packed food such as sandwiches or cake is allowed in hand luggage. All liquids carried in a hand luggage are subject to a volume limit of 100 ml and they must be packed into a single, transparent, resealable plastic bag with a capacity of no more than 1 litre.

How long before the departure do I need to show at the appropriate gate?
The gate (i.e. departure gate) is closed in accordance with the terms and conditions and schedule of your airline. Please read the official terms and conditions of your airline. We suggest that you arrive at the departure hall at least 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

I am currently abroad and my passport expires a few days before my return trip. Can I return to Poland using such a passport?

I am planning a two-week holiday. How much would it cost to leave a car in the multi-storey car park?
Information about prices, available spots and bookings can be obtained from the Car Park Customer Service located in the multi-storey car park. It is available 24 hours a day at: +48 (12) 639 3456). Passengers who want to use the multi-storey car park can also join the Kraków Airport Loyalty program offered by Kraków Airport. I am travelling to Great Britain. How many cigarettes can I carry in hand luggage?

I did not have time to print out my boarding pass. Can I do it at the airport?
If you are flying with an airline that requires passengers to complete self check-in on-line and you forget to print out your boarding pass, you will be charged an additional fee for the second check-in at the airline counter. Other airlines will check you in and print out your boarding pass free of charge. My child has had their passport for several years but their appearance has changed. Is it still valid?
Passports are issued by state authorities for a specific period of time. If the child's passport is still valid, they can freely travel and use it despite the fact that the photograph was taken several years before. What is the Kraków Airport Loyalty
The Kraków Airport Loyalty card is a type of loyalty card that provides discounts e.g. at the multi-storey car park. The card is available to all passengers flying from Kraków Airport, regardless of the type of flight. The card can be obtained at our travel agency or Airport Information upon registering a passenger in the program. You can also register yourself in the KAL program. Go to www.krakowairport/loyalty and complete the registration process to receive your card by mail or you can also collect this card at the Airport Information Point at the day of your arrival.

Only service dogs, assistance dogs for disabled people, and animals intended for air transport are allowed in the passenger terminal.
