How do I book the VIP service?
You can book the VIP service by filling in a form and returning it to email@example.com or via our on-line form. Please make sure you complete the form in full. Otherwise, your booking will not be accepted for processing.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
You can change or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the service. See the price list for details.
How much does the VIP service cost?
What are the available methods of payment for the VIP service?
We accept payments in Polish currency as a prepayment by online payment or bank transfer. There is also a possibility to pay cash or payment card on the spot at the VIP Terminal.

Is there a designated smoking area?
There is a designated smoking area in the generally accessible zone, i.e. before you enter the VIP Terminal. In the airside zone of the airport, beyond security check, there is a smoking booth on Floor +1 in the Passenger Terminal.
Are there any extra charges that apply to persons greeting the passenger?
There is no charge for up to two people greeting or seeing off the passenger. For more than two people, you'll be charged as per the price list.
How long before departure should I come to the VIP Terminal?
We approach each service individually, because the time needed for check-in before departure depends on many factors (the number of people in the group, how much luggage there is to check in and the formalities associated with customs clearance). Once we have received your VIP booking form, a VIP staff member will contact you to arrange your arrival time.
Does the VIP service include refreshments?
Snacks, hot and cold beverages and alcoholic drinks are served in the VIP Terminal. You can also place an individual order (at an extra charge). We work with airport restaurants, Eat&Fly and Hilton Kraków Airport, which has prepared a designated MENU with meals delivered to the VIP Terminal in about 30 minutes. Can I drive my own car to the plane?
It is only possible to drive your own vehicle to the aircraft for arrivals/departures of private aviation aircraft (at an extra charge). The current access map can be found here You can also use Google Maps navigation tips.
Who is the VIP service for?
The VIP service is available to everyone. It can be used by arriving, transferring and departing passengers of any flight, regardless of the class of travel, at any time. Our customers are passengers who value their comfort, convenience and time.
Can I pay for the VIP service in cash?
Yes, it is possible to pay in cash in PLN currency. However, for sanitary reasons and for your convenience we suggest non-cash payments - prepayment by online payment, bank transfer or payment card contactless at the spot.
I don't have a car, can you pick me up from home?
The VIP service is limited to airport infrastructure. However, if you need transportation, we can order a taxi for you - we cooperate with Kraków Airport Taxi. You can pay for the taxi directly to the driver, in cash in Polish zlotys or by card. If you book a ride on someone else's behalf and want the taxi to be paid in advance, or you would like the ride to be listed on a joint invoice, we can do it for you. A 20% service charge will be added to the price of the ride.
I am booking the VIP service for important customers who have specific culinary requirements. Can I deliver my own catering for them?
You can order additional catering through us. We work with airport restaurants, Eat&Fly and Hilton Kraków Airport, which has prepared a designated MENU with meals delivered to the VIP Terminal in about 30 minutes. A 20% service charge will be added to your order.
I would like my customers to walk on a red carpet after disembarking from the plane. Can you arrange that?
If your customers are travelling by a private plane, this can be arranged at no extra charge. Please indicate you need to use the red carpet on the VIP service booking form.
We are celebrating an important anniversary – can I come to the VIP Terminal with a bunch of flowers?
Yes, of course. We can order flowers for you as well, in which case the flowers will be waiting for you at the VIP Terminal. Tell us what your expectations are and we will be happy to take care of the task. A 20% service charge will be added to your order.
I would like our business delegation to be welcomed by a music band before the plane. Can it be arranged?
We do our best to meet our customers' requests. This is a special request, so please indicate it when filling out the form. We will check to see if it can be fulfilled.
I'm in a hurry for the plane and I am stuck in traffic on the highway - can I use the VIP service on an ad hoc basis?
If you would like to make a request up to 4 hours before the service, please contact us by phone in advance. We will confirm service availability and capacity.
I arrived at the airport with my family in a private car and I have the VIP service booked. Can I leave my car in the VIP car park?
The VIP car park can only be used for short-term parking at the time of using the VIP service, i.e. for passenger drop-off and pick-up. If you need to leave your car for a longer period of time, you can use the adjoining car parks, e.g. the multi-storey car park or an open-air car park. See our
I’m coming to pick up my guests who are using the VIP service. Where do I wait for them?
To drop off and pick up guests, please use the car park in front of the VIP Terminal. You can find the location map here. On entering the airport, please pick up an entry ticket and hand it over to VIP Terminal staff. You will reach the VIP Terminal in a dedicated VIP lane marked on the signs.
Can I rent the VIP space on an exclusive basis, e.g. for a corporate event?
This can be arranged. Please send us a message describing what your event would look like and your special expectations and needs related to its organisation (e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org).
I would like to surprise my family and order the VIP service for them on arrival. How can I be sure they will proceed to the VIP Terminal, not the Passenger Terminal?
VIP staff responsible for the service wait for passengers immediately at the exit from the aircraft. From there, passengers are taken directly to the VIP Terminal.
We are flying to the Alps to ski. Do I need to check in my sports equipment at the Passenger Terminal myself?
Please check the conditions of carriage on the carrier's website. When travelling on a scheduled flight, the owner of the luggage needs to turn up at the check-in desk in the Passenger Terminal. A VIP staff member will show you the way and help arrange your check-in.
I am flying with a small dog/cat. What should I keep in mind?
Please check special conditions of carriage for animals on the carrier's website. When booking the VIP service, please make a suitable note on the service booking form. A bowl of water will be waiting for your pet in the VIP Terminal.
I am flying from Kraków to Amsterdam. Can I use a VIP service there too?

Is the VIP Terminal accessible to persons with disabilities?
Of course. Our infrastructure has been designed to make it easier for people with disabilities to use. VIP staff attend appropriate training and know how to assist persons with disabilities, e.g. wheelchair users. To get passengers to the plane, we will order a vehicle designed for the transport of passengers with disabilities.
Can you help me buy my air ticket as part of the VIP service?
Please purchase your flight ticket from the selected operator or carrier according to your preferences, and then book the VIP service.
How far in advance can I book the VIP service?
As soon as you know your itinerary, you can book the VIP service. You can also cancel your booking free of charge no later than 24 hours before departure or arrival at Kraków Airport.
Can I stay at the VIP Terminal overnight?
The VIP Terminal does not offer overnight stays. You can use the services of Kraków Airport Hilton Garden Inn Hotel, which is located immediately by the airport. The VIP Terminal is open 7 days a week from 7 am to 10 pm. If your flight is scheduled before or after those times, we are naturally at your disposal. Please submit your VIP service booking form.
I would like to have a nap before the flight. Can this be arranged?
There are no sleeping beds in the VIP Terminal. You can use the services of Kraków Airport Hilton Garden Inn Hotel, which is located immediately by the airport.
Do you offer discounts on the VIP service for children?
We do not charge for a service provided to children aged 3 years or younger. Please note that children are only allowed in the VIP Terminal under the supervision of an adult (guardian).
I need privacy – is there a place where I can work quietly?
We have two rooms for individual use: the Presidential Suite and the Senator's Suite. You can use those spaces on an exclusive basis for an additional fee. The Presidential Suite has a comfortable work desk, a private entrance, access to daylight, comfortable sofas and a private bathroom. Please see our price list in the our website.
I am using the VIP service for my departure but my plane cannot take off due to adverse weather conditions. Do I have to pay any extra charge?
I indicated four people on the service booking form, but one of them resigned at the last minute. Will I be charged the extra cost?
Regardless if the service will ultimately benefit more or less people than entered on the form, the fee will always be charged according to the service actually performed and appropriately to the number of passengers served.
Can I purchase a voucher for the service?

Do I need to have my boarding passes printed out with me?
When you are travelling on a scheduled flight, our VIP staff will see to all formalities, including getting your boarding passes ready. As an exception, when you are travelling with Ryanair Sun you need to have a printed or electronic version of your boarding pass with you. In this case it is also possible to check in at the airport, but there is an additional fee as per the carrier's price list.
Can I take a shower while at the VIP Terminal?
Yes. The VIP Terminal has a shower with all necessary disposable toiletries. All passengers using the VIP service can use the shower at no extra charge.
How long will I have to wait for my luggage on arrival?
Upon landing, a VIP staff member will drive you to the VIP Terminal in a Lexus car. Here you will wait for your luggage to be delivered. We make every effort to ensure the waiting time is as short as possible, usually between a few minutes and about a quarter of an hour.
On collecting my luggage at the VIP Terminal I noticed that it has been damaged. What do I do now?
A VIP staff member will help you contact a representative of the carrier responsible for handling lost or damaged luggage claims. If necessary, we will help you fill out documents to report damage or loss of luggage with the carrier.
Can I carry a gun?

Can I greet my guests at the plane?
We are open to meeting the different needs of our customers. Please make a suitable note on the VIP service booking form. We will check if we can fulfil your request.
I have arrived at the airport – where can I park my car?
If you arrive at the airport by car, you can use one of the adjoining car parks, e.g. the multi-storey car park or an open-air car park.
I booked the Meet&Assist service, will a member of staff wait for me? How do I contact that person? Where are we supposed to meet?
The meeting spot is the Airport Information Desk.
Is Meet&Assist available both for arrivals and departures?
Meet&Assist is available for departures. On arrival, we encourage you to use the VIP service.
The queue for security checks is long. I'm afraid I may be late for the flight.
When using Meet&Assist, our employee will accompany you through the Fast Track service. Meet&Assist needs to be ordered at least 24 hours in advance.
Using the Meet&Assist service, I want to buy a gift in the duty-free zone. Can I ask for help with that?
Yes, our employee will help you find the right store.
Where should I wait for departure?
With our Meet&Assist service, you can access the Business Lounge, where you can comfortably wait for your departure.
Won't I might miss my departure while in the Business Lounge?
To improve the comfort of passengers at Kraków Airport, we have introduced quiet lounge. This means that loudspeaker announcements for the start of boarding and last calls are muted. If necessary, reception staff can provide ongoing flight status information.
I don't know the layout of the airport. How do I get to my gate?
A Business Lounge employee will be happy to show you the way to your departure gate. You can also use the Kraków Airport app to help you navigate the airport.
What method of payment do you accept?
Payment is possible with payment card or cash on the spot while registering at the reception desk. We accept payments in Polish currency (PLN)
